Tattva Collective

Insight for the Emerging Frontier

Translating AI governance and space security research into frameworks that regulated organizations can actually implement.

Tattva Collective is a research and policy practice at the intersection of AI governance, space security, and emerging technology policy. Rooted in the Sanskrit word tattva — meaning truth, reality, or principle — the practice is built on the belief that the most consequential governance challenges of the next decade are not technical problems. They are implementation problems: the gap between what policy frameworks require and what organizations can actually execute.

Tattva Collective works with organizations navigating that gap — translating complex regulatory environments, security frameworks, and governance requirements into operational systems that hold up under real-world conditions. Current research focus: accountability and transparency frameworks for AI-enabled systems in contested and regulated environments, with specific application to Space Domain Awareness and high-stakes clinical AI.

Who we work with

Tattva Collective works with organizations that need expertise at the intersection of emerging technology and governance — including behavioral health technology companies navigating FDA and EU AI Act requirements, defense contractors and commercial space operators building AI accountability frameworks, and policy organizations translating security research into actionable guidance.

Focus Areas

AI agent and generative artificial intelligence. Robotic processes automation and data analysis.

AI Governance & Assurance

Building governance frameworks for organizations deploying AI in high-stakes regulated environments. Work includes AI risk assessments, accountability framework design, regulatory readiness analysis (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, FDA AI/ML SaMD), and implementation roadmaps for compliance teams navigating a fragmented and rapidly evolving policy landscape. Current research examines transparency and accountability mechanisms for AI systems operating with limited human oversight.

Space Policy & Strategic Stability

Research and advisory work at the intersection of space security, Space Domain Awareness governance, and the emerging regulatory frameworks for commercial space operations. Focus areas include AI-enabled SDA accountability structures, allied governance models for space domain monitoring, and the policy architecture needed as autonomous systems take on increasingly consequential roles in contested orbital environments.
